Amy Harcourt is a level 1 qualified Parkour UK assistant coach and first aid qualified. Amy often works with participants of all age ranges and abilities to deliver sate of the art parkour sessions.
Amy began coaching Parkour/Freerunning in 2017, leading sessions at a local Manchester gym "Evolve" until the gyms closure. Come 2022 she decided to pursue official qualifications for her sport through parkours national governing body, taken under the wing by some of the UK's best coaches and by 2023 had officially gained her qualification as an assistant coach.
Amy has and continues to work with parkour coaching businesses and schools across the country. To name a few:
Parkour generations (London), Access Parkour (Edinburgh), Project Z (Manchester), Free spirit school of movement (Manchester), Moorside High School, The Macclesfield Academy.
