Amy Harcourt is a professional Parkour and Freerunning athlete based in Manchester, UK.
She has competed and won various national and international competitions as well as competed in the first ever all women's world chase tag tournament which was aimed at inspiring the next generation of female athletes. Amy also lends her skills as an athlete to the TV/Film industry along with various other industry creatives.

Amy champions diversity and inclusion in sports and general life, her goal is to create space for women and girls as well as the LGBT+ community, breaking the stereotype that Parkour/Freerunning is a "male dominated" sport and allow equal opportunities.

Amy has practiced in the discipline of parkour for over 10 years, she often faced barriers due to her identity and decided to help create a path for transgender participants to thrive, compete and train  through her advocacy efforts.
